We are seeking an experienced, hands-on learning professional to oversee our training processes, products, technologies and results. The Business Learning Manager will lead Savant learning strategies and planning as well as the day-to-day operations of training to include intake, content development, content management, LMS administration, learning reports, and training scorecards. This high-visibility role will also be responsible for continuously collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials to meet business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Savant training processes, products, instructional design tools, and LMS.
Create and manage training governance council.
Partner with stakeholder and SMEs to assess training need and gaps and apply appropriate training solutions.
Initiate and implement redesign of new hire onboarding training programs for direct hires and acquisitions.
Use evidence-based practices to create training evaluations, knowledge retention tools, and training scorecards to measure training ROI.
Use ADDIE to set up and implement improved content management methods and reporting in LMS.
Ensure quality of robust, relevant, and measurable end-to-end learning experiences and products for all learning audiences.
Ensure standard naming conventions and processes exist for ease of access and auditability of training products.
Develop and manage ongoing business skill and progressive skill path projects and programs.
Drive improvements that increase learner engagement, training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
Develop and oversee the Leadership Development training program. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, create, and facilitate necessary individual and leadership skills training such as coaching, unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, conflict management, team building events, etc.
Develop and oversee the summer intern strategy and program, ensuring a meaningful experience for interns that aligns with their educational goals while simultaneously creating business results for the departments involved.
Enable change management as a component of learning experiences.
Drive a culture of learning through annual training planning that integrate best practices and aligns with key business goals and learner outcomes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage relationships and projects with HR staff and others who support training functions.
Leadership of the Training Governance Council, overseeing its activities and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and business results.
Hire, develop, and lead qualified learning team members as Savant and training initiatives continue to grow.
