~Accounts Payable/Receptionist

• Accounts Payable
• Process invoices in accounting software
• Contact vendors for any open invoices
• Assist with reviewing vendor ledgers to ensure checks are processed
• Review and organize credit card statements for each entity
• Prepare weekly report of checks processed
• Prepare reports for Controller
• Assist Controller with payments of secured and unsecured taxes
• Assist preparing 1099's

• Receptionist
• Maintain business licenses for all entities
• Review all mail daily and give to appropriate parties
• Send out checks and mail each day
• Event Coordination: help order food and organize corporate holidays, birthdays, new hires, meetings
• Order supplies for corporate office on a weekly basis
• Update and maintain corporate directory when new employees start and leave
• Assist with operational tasks for supporting facilities
• Organize and maintain vehicle list
• Greet people at the front desk
• Answer all incoming phone calls to the office
• Point of contact for all administrative functions

Pay scale $23 to $28 DOE
