PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Charter School Liaison plays a key role in ensuring that charter schools within the district adhere to state and local guidelines while fostering innovation and collaboration. This position serves as a link between SCCPSS and the district’s charter schools, facilitating the exchange of successful practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Charter School Liaison ensures regulatory compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local/district policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. The Charter School Liaison is expected to foster collaborative relationships among charter schools and district leadership to support and successful student outcomes.

Incumbents will be considered “at will.” Appropriate pay will be determined based on the Grade as determined by Human Resources and allowable experience. The work calendar will be 250 days. This is a 1.00 FTE position that requires a flexible schedule.
