Savage Craft Ale Works is first and foremost a Brewery.
We have a large property with many ways to enjoy your time spent with us. We have a 21 Rooftop Bar with a fireplace lounge and 3 TVs to watch sporting events. We have a main Taproom that carries up to 14 drafts we brew in house, of which we have won accolades, awards, and even a Silver Medal on the World Stage. We have a large Beer Garden with Live Music 3 nights a week, with a scratch kitchen and an attached event center where people come to celebrate life events, build teams and network.
We take pride in our Beer and follow that passion and craft in our food and cocktails. What it takes to stay ahead of the game and make the best experience for our guests is the cornerstone of each day.
We are looking for a few new faces to join us as we move into the next growth and season.
Have you always wanted to learn how to bartend? Have you grown to a place in your life where your sense of adventure leads you outside of the lines? We can teach anyone how to make a cocktail. That part is easy, time and talent - that is the challenge.
We are open 7 days a week, all staff works 5 days - no one gets weekends only, nights only or only the highs or lows. We share the load, we row together against the tide and overcome the hardest part of hospitality: finding an environment that balances work and life. Most FOH staff works 6 to 8-hour shifts, with the occasional volume weekend a Saturday shift that will be a double shift. We work Holidays, Weekends, your Birthday, and all the days in between. That being said, we also have a lot of freedom for vacations and life events.
We do not have waitstaff, or servers, or bussers. We have bartenders, barbacks and food runners. Opening shift is 10 am to 4 pm - the closing shift is 4 pm to 11 pm ( depending on the night maybe until 12 am)
We are looking for the "of course" they work here. We will teach you, but you have to let us know you want to learn.
Training provided: Cicerone, WSET, ServeSafe, TiPS
Beer, Wine, Spirits, Food, Events - we do it all.
