Hours:

11 am to 5 pm Wednesday to Saturday

4 pm to 10 pm Monday and Tuesday ( as needed)

10 am to 3 pm Sunday ( as needed)

Brewery Kitchen Environment. Would open weekday mornings for lunch daily, and perform assigned tasks from the Executive Chef. Work in front of a terminal in a food/order window. Help expo as needed. Take customer orders, answer the phone for take-out orders, receive payments, and bus tables as needed. If there is a day shift event or catering, this would also be a task assigned to help with. 3-story building and large beer garden. Physical demands are being able to carry trays of food, run up and down stairs constantly, and work in all weather conditions. Hospitality is the key to our success here, we demand a high level of customer interaction and service from our staff. No experience is necessary, but a great personality and reliability are.

If you are a student and are looking for a Summer Job, we will be looking for a temporary person to fill in as well from May to August.
