The S&M Concierge (S&MC) will be the first contact with the guests. The S&MC is always smiling, knows all the answers and can help guide the guests into a great experience. The main job of the S&MC will be to navigate the guests through our menu, take and ring in their order, and handle cash. This person should be a social person, enjoy talking to people, have a passion for food and for giving great customer service. This is a tipped position
