- Manufacturing/Engineering Process improvement
- Develop new product designs.
- Manage changes and revisions.
- Assist with prototyping and testing new products.
- Research and evaluate purchased components needed for product assemblies.
- Associate degree in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) preferred or equal value job experience
- Manufacturing experience
- CNC Programing, Woodwop7 or similar
- CAD Software Experience, AutoCAD 2013 or newer
- Microsoft office, word and excel.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated Conduct that is in Alignment with Policy A-1 and Circle of Culture
