SASR Workforce Solutions is now hiring Regional Lead Merchandisers to join our growing team! A Regional Lead Merchandiser is responsible for overseeing an entire project of fixturing, merchandising, and opening of new stores with the assistance of the client project team.

Payrate starts at $18.50 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Oversee the entire project of installing fixtures and setting merchandise in new store locations.
• Ensure the project is completed within the allotted time frame and budget constraints set by the client.
• Verify that employees have been scheduled by the client to complete the project.
• Verify the store drawings (planograms) and measurements for accuracy.
• Assemble and disassemble various retail fixtures, such as gondolas, power wings, and end caps
• Report all issues noted during prep visit.

Job Requirements:

• Resume with related work experience
• Retail supervisory experience (Minimum of 1 year required)
• Retail merchandising experience (Minimum of 2 years required)
• You must be able to travel out of state, providing your own vehicle.
• Travel is required 75-100% of the time, typically within a 400-mile radius of base location.
• Basic merchandiser equipment and tools needed
• Must have dependable attendance and punctuality
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit good leadership skills by promoting an inclusive team environment.
