The Residence Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, training and evaluating the performance of assigned direct support staff. The supervisor provides direct care service to residents as assigned; and monitors implementation and documentation of habilitation plans. Other key areas of responsibility include maintaining a clean, comfortable and safe home environment, and personal allowance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED PLUS one (1) year human service experience.
Valid New York State driver’s license with acceptable driving record within Agency’s criteria.
