Our plans with Deloitte are ambitious. You'll be part of a global strategic initiative that is transforming our organization and our customers. Your role? Responsiblily and accountablily for leading the marketing motions between SAS and Deloitte.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Deloitte, you'll develop and execute innovative strategic activities associated with marketing "with, through and to" this strategic partner. These activities will focus on increasing awareness of SAS within Deloitte and aligning our global marketing workstreams across brand, demand and customer engagement. Your main focus? Turning up the volume for SAS around Deloitte. You will bring all the components together to synchronize our marketing efforts and ensure we deliver a clear and consistent message to prospects and customers.

This highly visible role will work across the organization with Channels, Sales and Marketing at SAS, plus similar roles at Deloitte, to proactively develop and execute on a comprehensive marketing plan.

The ideal candidate has experience building strong partner relationships, creating, executing and measuring the impact of global integrated marketing plans, presenting to executives, and connecting dots across a global organization.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, you will:

    Leads the creation of an innovative global marketing strategy and measurable marketing plan for Deloitte aligned to overall joint business objectives of SAS and Deloitte.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all Marketing workstreams within SAS and with key Deloitte contacts to drive consistency and alignment across our marketing.
  • Represent Marketing at touchpoints, and communicate marketing strategy, recommendations, and results to internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Build and manage processes for working together with the Deloitte team, including joint plans.
  • Participate in building external, innovative co-marketing efforts designed to increase awareness, generate and accelerate leads and pipeline, and promote business impact through a variety digital channels and live/virtual events.
  • Develop marketing efforts to increase awareness of SAS within Deloitte.
  • Prioritize, select and support key Deloitte events, including securing sponsorships, aligning content, recruiting speakers and establishing a robust awareness and follow-up plan.
  • Identify, monitor and publish key performance indicators, working jointly with other team members who share responsibility for the program's success.
  • Meet financial objectives, prepare budgets, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement change where necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of marketing experience working directly with strategic partners, especially global technology partners, and prior business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of global audiences.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and making data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at Deloitte or with Deloitte as a partner is a plus.
  • A critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to turn high-level business requirements into programs that drive user engagement.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communication concepts/functions and software tools.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical information to internal/external audiences.
  • Creativity and a willingness to experiment and take risks.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
