Help Desk Support Specialist - Tatitlek Technologies, Inc.

Tracking Code 4897-205 Job Description The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide a conduct organizational studies and evaluations, Design systems and procedures, Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

*Essential functions are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed by employees. This list of essential functions is not intended to reflect every duty that may be performed within the job.*

* Controls, manages, and coordinates support for DS/CAP Tools

* Coordinate with the various entities on office technical programs

* Function as a Management Analyst and expert on management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize the Division's operations.

* Ensures the delivery of robust customer support, including technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to promote the effective implementation of systems and applications. Communicates complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel and prepares and presents briefings to senior management officials on systems related matters.

* Develop new or revised procedures for administrative review of procedures to facilitate the operation of the Division with established guidelines.

* Oversee the preparation of various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports of activities.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills **Experience, Education and Licensure:**

* Must be a US citizen with a valid US passport and possess or obtain/maintain a minimum a SECRET clearance;

* Associates degree preferred and 7 years experience.

* ServiceNow, SharePoint and Web Design experience preferred

* Department of State experience preferred.

* Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills

* Must be Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel);

* Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices

* Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluate techniques in order to plan, schedule and conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs;

* Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.

**Additional Qualifying Factors:**

Must have a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
