We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to lead our sales enablement efforts. This role will be pivotal in aligning our sales strategy with our business goals by leveraging CRM systems, analyzing sales data, and driving lead development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, analytics, and lead generation techniques. They will lead a small team of direct reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to empower our salesforce for success.

Participate in sales meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative business solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering strategic guidance and insights.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job will manage a small team of direct reports.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in sales enablement, CRM management, and sales analytics.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in B2B sales environments preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
