Primary Responsibilities Include:
Build and maintain lifecycle-stage-appropriate forecasting models across Sarepta's portfolio using appropriate tools
Develop key business forecast scenarios, estimate the business opportunity for Sarepta, and forecast near and long-term therapy adoption, including developing key business assumptions
Develop deep understanding of the strategic, operational and financial drivers of Sarepta's in-market and pipeline therapy portfolio to feed into forecast models
Manage process of maintaining and evolving the forecasting capability in partnership with key stakeholders who contribute inputs and consume outputs
Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to refine forecast assumptions and support with outputs for board discussions
Develop and manage periodic forecasting outputs to represent Commercial demand while collaborating with functions such as Finance and Tech Ops
Continue building deep understanding of evolving industry trends and disease landscape to refine forecast assumptions on an ongoing and as needed basis
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with key cross-functional collaborators
Other related duties as required
Desired Education and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in a science/quant field required, master's degree strongly preferred.
3 years of forecasting and analytics experience
Analytical mindset with strong quantitative/math skills
High level of MS Excel proficiency - including advanced data analysis modules
Strongly prefer ability to conduct advanced analysis leveraging SQL, Python, or similar languages
High attention to detail critical for the role
2 years' experience in the biopharmaceuticals industry
Rare Disease market experience a plus
Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience with Tableau development or similar data visualization tools
#LI-HybridThis position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.
The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
