In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our nursing department, ensuring exceptional resident care, operational efficiency, and staff development.

What You'll Do:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing department, setting the strategic vision and ensuring quality care delivery.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and staffing plans to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of all nursing staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage the nursing department budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure resident care plans are appropriate and meet residents' needs.
• Oversee infection control measures, ensuring resident and staff safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Represent the nursing department in meetings with leadership, families, and regulatory agencies.

We are looking for an RN with:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) a plus.
• A valid state RN license.
• One to three years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative, or geriatric nursing (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for long-term care facilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
