Sarah Grace Home Care is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Dallas, GA

HOME HEALTH AIDE

We provide Community Living Services (CLS) and companion/sitter services and personal care services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and for clients determined to be medically frail or medically compromised that are deemed eligible for Private Home Care Services while in their own home.

We offer companion/sitter services including:

  • transportation and escort services
  • meal preparation and serving
  • household tasks essential to cleanliness and safety

Assistance will include helping clients with:

  • bathing
  • toileting
  • grooming,
  • shaving
  • dental care
  • dressing and eating
  • proper nutrition
  • home management
  • housekeeping tasks
  • ambulation and transfer (if needed)

Also, HHA will assist with medically related activities such as:

  • observing and reporting changes in client's condition
  • arranging trips to the doctor
  • picking up prescription drugs,
  • accompanying clients on medical appointments
  • reminding clients to take medication and assisting with self-administration of medication

Home Health Aide Skills and Qualifications:
Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Nursing Skills, Health Care Administration, Resident Services, Verbal Communication, Listening, Training, Dependability, Emotional Control, Medical Teamwork
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
