LPN needed. 8 am to 8 pm. on. Monday/Wednesday and Thursday. 70 -year-old male who lives with his spouse and 3 small dogs. Client is a fall risk - Use a gait belt and make sure the client is wearing sneakers at all times for ambulation. Client ambulates steadily with assisting Xs one. Client can voice his needs in simple terms. The Client is able to feed himself. This case is 24/7 and someone will always be relieving you.
