Full Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Medical Director for lead. Due to continued growth and expansion, this premier concierge Women’s hormone clinic has extended our services to aesthetics and is seeking the very best Nurse Esthetician/Injector with excellent people and management skills to fill a newly created role in the business. Clinical skills would include experience with neurotoxins and fillers. Willing to train advanced skills but some experience is required. A professional appearance, expert communication skills and outstanding customer service experience are all essential qualifications for this high profile position.

Clinical Competencies::

• Evaluating clients’ suitability for aesthetic injections
• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills are required
• Acts as a liaison with RN Nurse Injector to ensure consistent adherence to established client care standards with injectable and treatment protocols

Other Requirements::

• Valid Registered Medical Licence prefered with aesthetic injecting experience
• Experience in the performance of Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Kybella and Asclera a plus
• Proven time management and follow-up skills utilizing creativity, drive and patient service commitment to excellence
• Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional client experience while ensuring the safety of the client at all times
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling of services
• Must be able to multi-task

Pay: From $700.00 per month

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
