Publicis Sapient is looking for a VP, Experience Industry Lead to own overall experience delivery and commercial value within the Health industry portfolio of accounts. This individual will oversee Experience teams across one of the nine industry verticals shaping work and outcomes to demonstrate experience as a differentiator. He/She/They will dedicate a portion of their time to support the Capability Group's development within the vertical and devote the remainder to client work and supporting business development and growth across the industry's business. He/She/They will define industry-specific offerings that ladder to the larger Experience Capability Group and Industry strategy. He/She/They will be a deep subject-matter expert in the industry and have the ability to drive its long-term growth continuously improving the quality delivery of work.

This is a highly visible leadership role and strong connector/partner to Industry and Experience leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development around a diverse range of work from digital business transformation strategy, customer experience transformation, employee experience, new product and service innovation, and moving into broader complex system strategy and design as well as much, much more
• Accountable for overall Experience delivery and commercial value within industry portfolio of accounts (across Experience crafts): driving industry specific Experience thought leadership, strategic planning, pipeline growth, yield, collaboration across SPEED leadership, and Experience governance over estimation, team structure, execution, outcomes
• Support and drive business development and growth across the industry's business, demonstrating Experience as a differentiator
• Shape industry-specific offerings that ladder to the larger capability/industry strategy and provide thought leadership
• Oversee Experience teams across the industry portfolio, guide team casting and serve as the main point of Experience escalation
• Drive long-term value by understanding client needs and matching their needs to our integrated offerings. Proactively drive teams to innovate how our thought leadership and accelerators are evolved and combined to create industry-specific value
• Anticipate future needs by working with Industry Business Leads to forecast talent and partnering with Design Operations, Capacity/Staffing, and Craft Leads to manage and shape the talent supply
• Drive PS How methodology and ways of working by driving our teams to focus on valuable outcomes, not just outputs, and continuous delivery with speed and quality. Work to improve quality continuously by coaching and mentoring industry Experience teams to build more a consultative ability across landing and delivering work
• Help shape and grow the focus and strategy of Publicis Sapient's Experience offering
• Work in collaboration with other senior Experience Capability Group leaders to grow the capability
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through trust, integrity, and transparency
• Serve as a partner to other leaders to accelerate and scale growth across the globe

• A portfolio that reflects your subject matter expertise, and deep experience at the intersection of strategy and design in a leadership capacity with an emphasis on driving profitable growth and commercial value.
• A proven leader with 15-20 years of relevant industry and/or design experience within a professional services firm.
• Strong experience in digital business transformation. Acumen working in B2B environments and with clients.
• Must speak design, digital, and data fluently.
• Technologically literate.
• Ability to evoke, connect and build emotional relationships.
• High level of comfort with ambiguity, fluid priorities and work in a virtual environment with the ability to inspire and influence others.
• Deep understanding of design systems and tools.
• Agile and innovative thinker.
• Ability to manage multiple and complex priorities and make connections outside the capability with an eye on driving growth and integration.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
