PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP User Experience team defines how our users enjoy the interaction with our products. An intuitive and accessible operation across our product portfolio is a key priority for SAP. We are now looking for you as a passionate Senior Product Inclusion Specialist to join us in thriving for a best-in-class inclusive enterprise UX. 

As a Senior Product Inclusion Specialist, you support the central team to bring inclusive design methods into SAP’s product lifecycle. You work with teams and stakeholders across SAP to drive an inclusive culture in the design and development community. You ensure that the diversity and uniqueness of people are respected when we create our product experience. You help incorporate inclusive considerations into the design, research, and development frameworks to scale and operationalize an inclusive design method. You define measurables and metrics to rate the inclusiveness of our products based upon assessment of research, analysis, and observations. You help to establish and drive an inclusive design community inside and outside of SAP. 

You enjoy your work and feel responsible for the topics you drive end-to-end. You can translate strategic discussions into tangible projects, goals, and initiatives for our users. Your working style is results-driven, self-driven, and well organized. We are looking for a team member who embraces people's uniqueness and has an inclusive mindset. You are curious and driven to continuously broaden your horizon on learning, accessibility, and inclusive design trends. You will become part of an exciting team with a purpose-driven mission. 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Broad expertise in accessibility regulations like WCAG 
  • Excellent understanding of inclusive design principles and human interaction principles 
  • Understanding of the benefit of diversity and inclusion 
  • Ability to work as a strong, effective team player
  • Strong attention to detail, producing quality output, with a commitment to results
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and follow-through on projects 
  • Outstanding service orientation 
  • Ability to work well under pressure with flexibility to adapt and respond to changing situations
  • Experience leading by influence 
  • Strong relationship building and management skills with key stakeholders 
  • Proven track record in digital accessibility and inclusive design methodology 
  • Benchmark best practices, identify next practices, and operationalize inclusive design method for SAP 
  • 5 years of professional experience in inclusive design and accessibility 
  • Strong communication skills in English
