About the team: 

The goals of the Customer First Intelligent Suite- S4HC Team are to drive renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells and brand ambassadors. The intern will be able to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, Customer Relationship Management, Operations, Team Enablement and Audience Engagement. 
 
What you’ll do: 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Intelligent Suite, S4HC Customer Success Analyst
Location: Virtual - US
Expected start date: ASAP
 
In this role, you’ll:

In this role, the intern will support our S4HC North America Business Leads and Customer Engagement Executives (CEEs) to build best-in-class customer experiences.
Specific available roles may include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Insights and Analytics: work with team to measure and track business insights used in customer adoption and business development
  • Value Realization/Solution Adoption: strategize with team to analyze customer segments and refine playbooks around solution adoption a value realization framework for customers.
  • Work with team to revise process for customer onboarding, customer reviews and innovation sessions.
  • Work with Business Leads/CEEs to support existing success plans and other strategies to improve NPS detractors and overall customer health scores.
  • Help develop customer best practice insights our CEE’s
  • Update and Support forecasts
  • Assist and work with Business Leads on commercial activities
  • Work with Business Leads to ensure available tools are used to drive operational excellence and engagement management (Totango, CRM)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and management initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, management reports, and other documents when necessary
  • Support NA regional leads with reporting and any other relevant tasks
  • Other deliverables: Customer Tracking, Customer Relationship Management, Communications and Customer Engagement

 
Who you are:

  • You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university
  • Studying preferably in the fields: Commerce related degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA) For example, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain etc.
  • Language skills: Business fluent in English
  • The candidate must have strong business, and or communications skills, based on role
  • They should be a team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Good communication/writing and organization skills are important
  • The candidate should be able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, whilst showing a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Above all, they should be passionate about customer experience and value realization
