What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Partner and Midmarket Marketing Social Media Support
Location: Virtual US
Expected start date: July 2021
Contract Duration: 6 months

In this role, you will: 

Support a Global Partner and Midmarket Marketing social media team on social media programs to drive awareness/interest (engagement), interest (traffic) and consideration/purchase (registrations) targeting Global Partners and Midmarket decision makers, including:

• Working in collaboration with the Global Partner Ecosystem and Midmarket Marketing Social Media team members overall
• Assisting with the day to day operations related to running 12 social media brand channels (Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook accounts)
• Creating social media campaigns for 12 social media channels, including building social creative and copy, social media kits, events, and announcements
• Managing focused social media reporting needs; Identify trends and opportunities for improvements from reporting data
• Managing internal communications needs, including updating page maintenance
• Creating or expanding relationships with line of business social media owners and SAP Global Social Governance process/alignment

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred
• Proficient problem solving and project management skills
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Desire to learn and identify areas for streamlining processes
• Desire to learn or expand your skillset with the Sprinklr and Dynamic Signal (SAP Get Social) tools for social media content posting and reporting
• Desire to learn or expand your skillset with MS Powerpoint (Animations), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and other tools to create interactive social media content
• Desire to learn or expand your social media copy writing skills and best practices
• Desire to learn or expand your social creative build skills
