SAP Concur has just opened a rare job opportunity for a Sr. Director of Systems Integrators. Lead the global program that engages systems integrators and SAP Concur teams that are building profitable businesses supporting our customers. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Cloud Channel Sales and integrated into the Global Enterprise Distribution organization, this high-profile team with C-level exposure, requires an experienced leader. A background in channel sales, partner management and systems integrators is a must. If this sounds like you, please apply!

Position Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 individual contributor partner managers working with the largest and most global systems integrators to drive channel revenue for SAP Concur.
  • Perpetuate a methodology for world-class partner management and channel sales that is leveraged globally and regionally within SAP Concur for a variety of different classes of systems integrator partners.
  • Contribute to the Cloud Channel Sales Leadership Team.
  • Enlist and coordinate executive engagement between SAP Concur and global systems integrator leaders
  • Understand and provide strategic and tactical recommendations on aligning SAP Concur’s Global Partner Program to SAP’s PartnerEdge program, especially in focus areas of Build, Sell and Run.
  • Closely align to the services and project delivery organization that supports partners implementing SAP Concur for end customers to ensure that partner projects are valuable and attractive to partners and end customers.
  • Coordinate and maximize the utilization of marketing and demand generation resources to assist partners in thru- and to-partner marketing efforts.
  • Travel up to 30% possible, including international.
  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Qualifications 

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of channel sales and partner management experience.
  • Prior team management/leadership experience in similar functions.
  • Executive presence with internal and partner leadership.
  • Program definition and implementation experience, particularly in partner/channel sales.
  • Strong planning, control and business operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with GSSPs (largest, global systems integrator partners) is strongly desired.
  • International experience/exposure is strongly desired
  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI, financial data, and success measures.
  • Comfortable partnering with Senior Leaders to drive strategy, planning, and program improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.
  • Solid process and analytical skills tied with creative thinking and sharp decision-making abilities
  • Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns while developing and applying solutions.
  • Ability to resolve challenging issues.
  • Excellent, accurate, and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles.
  • Must be team oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Significant personal initiative, high energy with a “can do” attitude and professional drive.
  • Proven agility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Exhibit and lead with strong change management skills.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with and/or communicating information associated with strategic and tactical activities.
