Partner Success is a unique partner-facing organization in GPO with the mission to bring scale to the execution of the SAP strategy across our ecosystem.

In collaboration with global business owners and our regions and market units, we execute on SAP’s ecosystem strategy and drive long term partner and customer success.

We are developing our team to support our Partners to continually grow and enable increased revenue growth. This is an exciting time for the Partner Success organisation as the scope and responsibilities are evolving.

The opportunity of a iRecruiter is a fantastic opportunity to support SAP by extending our ecosystem of Partners. We do this by recruiting Partners with a well-defined strategy aligned with SAPs mission and goals.

The iRecruiter proactively engages with potential Partners using traditional and Digital Sales Motion, combining Social, Digital and Content tools to bring engaging experiences to our ecosystem.

As a team, collaborating with field recruiters to support on campaigns to attract new partners based on geographical whitespace and capacity requirements that are defined together with the region.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Qualifying potential Partners as per defined criteria and whitespace in alignment with the region.
  • Helps to establish the relationships with the Partner senior management, including C-level, that will drive the necessary levels of strategic focus through the life of the relationship.
  • Proactively ensures potential Partners are aware of and aligned with SAP’s strategy
  • Sets expectations on business requirements, benefits and potential outcomes of Partnering with SAP
  • Coordinates the recruitment process and provide feedback on future improvements
  • Support Partner Success & GPO ensuring new Partners are achieving relevant milestones.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong business acumen and executive level approach
  • Candidates should be familiar and comfortable with indirect and Cloud business model.
  • Good understanding of Partner Types and PartnerEdge program.
  • Self-driven and collaborative style of working
  • Team player who can build bridges
  • Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across diverse cultures and locations
  • Ability to undertake sophisticated business and operational analyses
  • The ability to challenge the status quo, think out of the box, roll up the sleeves and get things done
  • Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools as well as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Business/IT Degree
  • Knowledge and broad understanding of SAP portfolio would be an advantage
