- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Occasionally operate machinery (Power jacks, Bailer)
- Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms, breakroom, offices, warehouse & coolers
- Clean spills with appropriate equipment & chemical approved by Sanwa
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Deep clean facilities, and complete designated cleaning projects
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Organize and maintain janitorial storage areas
- Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
- Lift up to 25-50 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Attention to detail, with the ability to follow schedules and manage time efficiently
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and cleaning standards
- High School or GED Graduate, an education is a must
- Proven work experience cleaning office spaces, and warehouse areas.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment and proper usage and handling of cleaning supplies
- Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
