Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and customer preferences. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes

- Cook pizzas in ovens, ensuring they are cooked to perfection

- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

- Upsell menu items to customers

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to ensure orders are prepared and cooked in a timely manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Understanding of retail math for portioning ingredients and calculating costs

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
