We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Santorini Greek & Italian Bistro! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our customers. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role that requires excellent time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked

- Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately

- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred

- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixology

- Familiarity with retail math for handling payments and making change accurately

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
