Santa Monica Seafood is looking to hire Full-time Bussers for our Santa Monica Retail Market and Cafe.

The busser’s priority is to the guest and the guest’s experience. Bussers are expected to give service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful while upholding company standards and values.

Duties Include:

• Active maintenance of guest tables in the form of water levels, ongoing table maintenance, and clearing/resetting.
• Supports staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers, and maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station.
• Clear and continuous communication with servers and management to ensure guest needs are being met.
• Proper setup and breakdown of the bus station and completing other side work responsibilities.
• Assistance with service tool polishing and stocking (silver, glassware, and plates, etc.), as well as maintaining the cleanliness of service areas.

Successful candidates must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities, as well as willing to be flexible with their schedules as work shifts may include days, nights, and weekends.
