8Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our transportation team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and care.

Duties:
- Operate a bus and transport passengers along designated routes
- Ensure the safety of passengers by following all traffic laws and company policies
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including those with special needs
- Collect fares and issue tickets as required
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and fares
- Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner
- Follow established procedures for reporting accidents or incidents

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Experience in bus driving or paratransit services preferred
- Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records
