Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a Band Specialist to work with our growing band program for the 2024/25 school year.

Position Requirements:

• Assist the Lead Teacher with developing and implementing curriculum and lesson plans that foster knowledge and skills essential to effectively teach students in grades four through twelve
• Assist with hands-on lessons that build excitement for the Performing Arts
• Provide individual and group instruction to band students
• Support the philosophy, policies, and goals of SFC
• Other duties as assigned

Spiritual Requirements:

• Model a growing and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ
• Demonstrate biblical maturity and serve as a Christian role model
• Maintains active participation in an evangelical church

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Music (or related field)
• Minimum of two years of music instruction experience
• Interest in contributing to the school community outside of the classroom
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
