RN | FULL TIME | NIGHT SHIFT

The RN is responsible for providing assigned guests with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with assessment and care plan.

The Perfect RN Candidate:

• Admit, transfer, and discharge guests as required.
• Complete required medical forms, charts, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.,
• Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians’ Order Form. Enter physician’s orders into the guest electronic medical record.
• Chart nurses’ notes.
• Report discrepancies in physician’s orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the Director of Nursing.
• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN license through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Compact State license- required
• Minimum one (1) year experience working as a licensed RN
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card
