Job Role: Fabricator (Fabricator Experience Need more) Not welder Experience.
Location: Omaha, NE
Shift Start from Monday to Thursday (Night Shift)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The Fabricator will be responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Fabricate and assemble structural metal products
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as saws, grinders, and drills
- Perform stick welding to join and repair metal components
- Utilize machining tools to shape metals
- Use cranes and forklifts to move materials
- Ensure products meet industry codes and standards
- Conduct pipe threading as needed
- Measure dimensions using calipers and micrometers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Knowledge of machining processes
- Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely
- Understanding of industry codes and standards
- Experience with pipe threading is a plus
- Strong ability to measure accurately using calipers and micrometers
