UX researcher - Basic Qualifications
5-10 years experience in a market research role (quantitative, qualitative or ideally mixed methods experience)
Hands-on experience conducting market research, e.g., writing and programming surveys, analyzing data, conducting focus groups/IDIs/UX research.
Combination of intuitive, creative, curious and analytical mindset
Natural ability to connect with and establish rapport with different personalities (both respondents and co-workers)
Proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
Strong leadership abilities, with skill in leading through influence and positive examples as well as direct management of teams
Entrepreneurial and an inventive problem solver; curious and passionate about all areas of marketing, media, content, and design
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires exceptional attention to detail
4-year college degree
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience in financial services and/or demonstrated knowledge of relevant business areas
Familiarity with advanced/multivariate research methods (e.g., conjoint, segmentation)
Proven track record of working with and inspiring product managers and designers in a digital/online space
Preference for working in a fast-paced, agile, high-performance culture
Experience using QualtricsExperience with site usage analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Full Story, etc.)
