Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Manage all quality management system (QMS) and operations data.
• Pull QMS and operations data from their various sources and chart it in Excel for meeting presentations and weekly customer test result files.
• Compile Excel data charts into PowerPoint presentations for; weekly Continual Improvement Team (CIT) meetings, quarterly business review (QBR) meetings, customer visits and yearly Management Review meetings.
• Act as back-up for Material Review Board (MRB) administration.
• Act as back-up for the Shop Floor Data system Administrator.
• Act as back-up for the RMA Coordinator.
• Perform internal audits for the Quality Manager.
• Assist the Quality Manager with additional ancillary tasks, as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Quality management system experience (preferably; ISO 9001, AS 9100 and/or TL 9000 QMS system requirements).
• Extensive experience with Excel (e.g. data extraction, bar and line graph data charting, V Look-up, etc.)
• PowerPoint presentations.

Preferred Skills & Experience;

• Experience with Oracle ERP systems
• Experience with Agile.
• Internal audit experience.
• Experience with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
