Programmer/Analyst 2
Education : Bachelor or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience : Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level systems.
Knowledge :
- Substantial knowledge/experience working with Java in linux and dockerized/kubernetes environments;
- Substantial knowledge/experience working with relational database design, database management and SQL coding are required. PostgreSQL and NoSQL are a plus; Substantial knowledge/experience with modern front-end development. HTML5, JS/Typescript,
- CSS/SAAS and ExtJs, Angular or React;
- Development experience with AWS managed services;
- Development experience with web-related technologies, such as HTML(5), JS, CSS(3), Angular and/or React
- Proficiency with GIT, CI/CD pipeline and test automation;
Skills :
- Must be proficient in English: reading, writing and speaking
Responsibilities:
- Programmer/Analyst : Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
- Develops conversion and system implementation plans.
- Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
- Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of systems. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
