Education : Associate or Bachelor University degree in related field of study.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.

Experience :

Google Workspace Domain administration experience via the Google Admin Console a plus.

Experience managing Chrome OS devices via the Google Admin Console a plus.

Knowledge :

This role will be responsible for implementing and supporting corporate collaboration solutions under the Digital Workplace portfolio. This position will be working with different teams in the IT organization and with business process owners. Some will involve implementing existing tools to improve business processes, and look for new solutions to solve business needs.

You will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development and process improvement execution. You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely with project management to regularly report progress and status.

Skills :

Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, .net, Google Apps Scripting, and formulating SQL queries a plus

Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, and Chat

Responsibilities:

System administration of our Google Workspace Ecosystem including but not limited to user and device level policy administration and review, Chrome enterprise administration and implementation of Google announced changes and new feature launches.

• Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for Chrome Device Management, reporting, and enablement within the global field IT community.

• Onboard new and support existing applications in Cameyo, our Application Virtualization Environment.

• Assist in eDiscovery activities using Google Vault with our internal Legal and Compliance teams.

• Participate in the rollout of custom solutions that integrate Google Workspace functionality and existing legacy processes.

• Define, implement and support User, Chrome Device, and Managed Guest Session policies via the Google Admin Console.

• Implement and support Mobile Device Management policies via the Google Admin Console.

• Escalate support issues to Google Support, follow up and resolve them in a timely manner.
