Job Purpose:

Material Handler : Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. This job may be known as shipping, receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.

Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.

Education and Experience:

-A minimum of two years or related experience.
-Must have strong Math skill, an ability to identify various electronic components, working knowledge of electronic components, and team player, punctual goods attendance, flexible work hours also required.
-Must be able to read / write and communicate in English.

Salary Range(annual): $37,440-$47,000 ($18 - $22.50 / hourly)
