Manufacturing Engineer

Job Purpose:

This position will work with Senior Process Engineers, responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Chemical and/or Mechanical Process areas to produce state-of-the-art printed circuit boards. 

Nature of Duties:

• Applies sound engineering principles and disciplines in order to understand and minimize the variability associated with the various processes and finished product attributes. 
• Defines operating procedures and SPC methods to assist operators in production environment.
• Evaluates product and process capability, equipment reliability, process utilization and process cost opportunity while implementing improvements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering. Will also consider applicants with an Engineering Technology degree.
• 1 years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not a requirement for this position. 
• Knowledge of SPC principles as well as statistical representation of data and process/product variability required.
• Project management skills and strong written/verbal communication skills are required.

Salary Range(annual): $60,000 - $72,000
