In Process Inspector (Manufacturing Production)
Job Purpose:
Support of the Production Process and In process visual inspection of non conforming products.
Nature of Duties:
- The individual will be responsible perform visual inspection and repair on the manufacturing floor
- Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection.
- Make repairs on productsat Sub Lams and Outer Layer products.
- Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers in dealing with priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 4years experience
- Ability to perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch up.
- Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Inspection ofproduct for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
- Experience with IPC 600.
- Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require.
Salary Range(annual): $39,099 - $46,918
