Position Title: Contract Coordination Administrator

Job Purpose:

Responsible for verification of CRR and POs, and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package in Oracle. Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy.

Nature of Duties:

Education and Experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of Oracle related experience.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.
• Detail oriented, organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
