Sanico, a leading, family-owned wholesale distributor of janitorial supplies and equipment across Upstate NY, is looking for a handy professional to join our growing Syracuse team.
This position will focus in two areas:

1. Using mechanical and technical skill, the incumbent will be expected to go out to customer sites to diagnose and fix floor equipment and machines on-site. For more complex repairs, they will transport equipment on a company-provided van back to the branch location for further diagnosis and evaluation.
2. Support all aspects of warehouse operations - receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, palletizing, loading. Incumbent will we expected to "jump in" and help out during busy times in warehouse. 

Viable applicants will have demonstrated technical experience and competence with small engine repair, machine maintenance, plumbing, electrical, etc. Upon hire, the incumbent will shadow current Equipment Repair Techs to gain better understanding of the types of equipment we sell and fix.

Wage Range:
$18-$21/hr
