You're responsible for overseeing critical functions such as receiving coordination, auditing, shipping, and inventory control, with a focus on maintaining our Warehouse Management System (WMS) system accurately.
Responsibilities include : Receiving Coordination : Receiving shipping details from Business Units (BUs). Scheduling the arrival of containers.
Checking packing lists against purchase orders (POs) to ensure consistency with physical pallets upon unloading. Shipping Coordination : Verifying pallets and boxes against signed picking lists.
Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs). Applying shipping labels. Coordinating with carriers and scheduling truck loading. Operating WMS for tracking and management.
Daily uploading of signed BOLs for record-keeping and data maintenance. Inventory Control : Investigating inventory discrepancies.
Conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Communicating with BUs to address their concerns promptly and effectively. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field WMS experience is a plus Ability to manage inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring accuracy, and efficiency Effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the supply chain Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams Powered by JazzHR
