Sangoma is Hiring an Onboarding Specialist Near Atlanta, GA
- Perform QA checks on new system, equipment and service orders
- Analyze and assign task tickets to the Onboarding Team
- Appropriately monitor order exceptions and unique customer situations
- Track and log changes, escalations and corrections following best practices discipline and utilizing company metrics
- Manage installation expectations through daily communication via phone, email and our online ticketing system
- Proactively determine all technical and contractual requirements are met prior to a system ships
- Initiative to own assigned tasks from inception to resolution
- Communicate FOC (firm order commitment) dates and manage rejections in a timely manner
- Utilize corporate web portal services and vendor web portal services.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Eager to learn new technologies, be able to work outside normal business hours.
- Proficiency and demonstrated skill using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, project/task management, oral and written communication.
- Comfortable with technologies such as smart phones, phone systems, voice mail and web-based services.
- Experiences in VoIP implementation and service delivery desired
- Number Porting knowledge a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with a technology company preferred
