Sandstone Healthcare Group is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Las Vegas, NV

Location: Onsite- Las Vegas, NV (PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT REMOTE)

Hours 8 am - 5 pm Monday- Friday

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible forassisting with the recruitment and hiring process for a variety of clinical positions within our organization. Your primary focus will be on sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for clinical positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify potential matches for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the process.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of candidate selection and evaluation tools, including interview guides and assessment exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on healthcare positions.
  • Previous experience recruiting clinical staff is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, job roles, and qualifications.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
