As a therapist, your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing treatment and care of young adults seeking treatment for substance use and mental health challenges.
• Running 3-hour clinical groups three times a week and providing individual therapy for clients in programming.
• Overseeing treatment plans and progress for a designated case load.

Who You Are 

Qualifications 

• Clinical Expertise: We are seeking individuals with a Clinical Licensure, including LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. We also welcome Provisional Licenses. Your dedication to professional growth and commitment to achieving licensure is valued here.
• Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field is a foundational requirement for this role.
  • Previous experience with mental health treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) setting.

Clinical Skills & Abilities 

• Motivational Interviewing: Your ability to engage and empower clients through Motivational Interviewing is highly regarded. You'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals discover their intrinsic motivation for change.
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): If you're skilled in CBT, your expertise will be an asset in assisting clients in recognizing and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
•  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Your proficiency in DBT will aid in equipping clients with essential coping strategies, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Documentation Skills: Your attention to detail and strong documentation skills are essential. Clear and accurate records are vital for tracking client progress and ensuring the highest standard of care.
