Position Overview:
As a Superintendent, you'll be at the helm of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on-time, and within budget. Your leadership will drive the success of our teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required.
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Commensurate with experience.
