Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee punch list from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct thorough punch list inspections to identify and address any defects or deficiencies in completed construction work.
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to optimize productivity and performance on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a construction-related role, with a focus on punch list management and/or foreman responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate team members.

Schedule: Full-time

Salary & Benefits:

• $40,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
