Sandlin Electrical, LLC is Hiring an Electrical Superintendent Near Charleston, SC

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, quality control, team management and project supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion

- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements

- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship

- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members

- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met

- Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations

- Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with project specifications

- Utilize software such as Primavera and Prolog for project management

**Qualifications:**

- Experience required: 10 years in Commercial Electrical with at least 5 years in Superintendent/Foreman role

- Proven experience in supervising construction projects

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
