FZ is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is focused on serving customers throughout Michigan, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

FZ is looking for a Superintendentfor the Charleston office. As the onsite project leader, this role ensures successful project completion by monitoring and overseeing safety, cost, schedule, quality, and field operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 Years of experience as a superintendent of commercial, industrial and/or healthcare projects in excess of $5M required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of building construction methods, NED electrical code, permit requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
