CASE MANAGER - PERSONAL INJURY
Sanders Rainmaker, Inc. is in search for two Case Managers for one of their favorite clients located in midtown. Must have a STABLE WORK BACKGROUND!!!! MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH NEEDLES. MUST HAVE WORKED FOR A LAW FIRM
1. Communicates with clients every two weeks to ensure outstanding customer service.
2. Request police reports to support the client’s case and prepare the appropriate documentation to place defendants/clients' insurance companies on notice.
3. Verify property damage and request photos of client’s injuries.
4. Communicates legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner in Attorney’s absence without providing legal consultation or advice.
5. Responds to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business.
6. Request medical records and billing statements.
7. Place Medicaid/Medicare and health insurance companies on notice.
8. Review mail, file and log as requested onto the server.
9. Preparation of all special summaries for demands.
10. Handle recorded statements by phone and in-person.
11. Assist attorney with checking balances, reductions and breakdowns for settlement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
