Job Description:

As a Flight School Line Personnel, your primary responsibility is to provide essential ground support services to ensure the smooth operation of flight training activities. Your duties include:

1. Aircraft Movement: Safely maneuvering and positioning training aircraft on the ground, including towing, pushback, and parking, following established guidelines and safety protocols.

2. Refueling Operations: Conducting aircraft refueling operations, adhering to strict safety standards and ensuring accurate fuel quantities as required for flight training exercises.

3. Aircraft Marshalling: Directing aircraft during taxiing and ensuring proper alignment for takeoff and landing, using standardized hand signals and communication procedures.

4. Ground Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining ground support equipment such as tow tractors, power carts, and other machinery required for flight school operations.

5. Ramp Safety: Ensuring the safety of personnel, aircraft, and equipment on the ramp area, and promptly addressing any safety concerns or hazards.

6. Collaborative Communication: Effectively communicating with flight instructors, pilots, and other ground crew members to coordinate and execute aircraft movements and services.

7. Routine Inspections: Conducting routine inspections of ground support equipment to identify and report any maintenance needs or issues, contributing to overall fleet reliability.

8. Compliance: Adhering to relevant aviation regulations, airport policies, and flight school procedures to maintain a safe and compliant operating environment.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in ground support operations or aviation-related field preferred.

- Knowledge of aviation safety protocols and ground handling procedures.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
